The man accused of conning members of parliament of thousands of shillings will be arraigned in court today. Wazir Benson Chacha Masubo, was arrested on Sunday in Tanzania, where he had been hiding for the past one and a half weeks even as questions mount on whether he single-handedly committed this crime.
