Kenyan journalist suffering from acute Leukemia stranded in India for lack of funds

A Kenyan journalist suffering from acute leukemia is at the moment stranded in India where he had gone for treatment. Dennis Omondi Musindi who works for West Media Limited was flown to India in February for bone marrow transplant at Apollo Hospital but the costs have become prohibitive. The entire treatment is estimated to cost ksh 8 million. The 31 year old Musindi who is also the sole bread winner needs about ksh. 6.5 million to complete the treatment.
