High court judge George Odunga has fined interior cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i, immigration principal secretary Gordon Kihalangwa and inspector general of police Joseph Boinnet ksh.200,0000 each for contempt of court. The money will be deducted from their next month's salary. The three defied orders to appear in court for sentencing. They had earlier been ordered to produce Miguna Miguna in court.
