Noordin Haji and Paul Kihara have been sworn in as the new director of public prosecutions and attorney general respective. The duo was sworn in earlier today at state house in an event witnesed by President Uhuru Kenyatta. Haji has now taken over from Keriako Tobiko who was appointed cabinet secretary while Kihara succeeds Prof Githu Muigai who resigned to pursue personal interests. The two were sworn in after parliament ratified their appointment.
