Only seven counties in Kenya are licensed to operate casinos and other forms of gambling activities. The betting control and licensing board told parliament that the government was losing billions of shillings in revenue through illegal gaming activities in forty counties which have been made possible by the massive proliferation of Chinese made gambling machines.
