The self-declared general of the national resistance movement, Miguna Miguna is set to return to Kenya next Monday.  Miguna was forced into exile early last month when the government deported him to Canada following the controversial swearing in of NASA leader Raila Odinga as the people's president.  Miguna got a reprieve in February when high court judge Luka Kimaru declared the decision to deport Miguna illegal and ordered the director of immigration to reinstate his Kenyan passport.
