Lawyers seek Miguna Miguna's return after government was ordered to facilitate his return

Recently the High court judge Chacha Mwita ordered the reinstatement of national resistance movement general Miguna Miguna’s passport.The directive by Interior CS Fred Matiang’i declaring Miguna Miguna a non-citizen was also suspended. Judge Mwita ruled that national resistance movement is not an illegal outfit. And ordered the director of immigration Gordon Kihalangwa to issue the NRM general with travel documents to Kenya and if he fails to do so Miguna Miguna is free to return to Kenya using his Canadian passport.Today his lawyers led by Siaya Senator James Orengo and Nelson Havi were on a mission to find out how far the court orders on the return of Miguna have been implemented.
