National assembly’s committee on health now wants KNH board dissolved

The national assembly’s committee on health now wants the Kenyatta national hospital board to be dissolved. In a report, the committee says the board has failed to carry out its functions in the national interest and a new one should be constituted. The committee which carried out an inquiry into among other things the surgical mix?up at the hospital also wants the nursing council to review the conduct of nurses involved in the surgery mishap.
