Non?local teachers who have run away from north eastern regions of Mandera and Garissa have vowed they will not return to the area for fear of terrorists. Even as the Interior cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i landed in Wajir to listen to the concerns of the teachers, those who have arrived in Nairobi claimed that even the locals in North eastern are becoming hostile.
