President Uhuru Kenyatta has urged East Africa member states to unite to spur trade in the region.Uhuru was speaking in Kampala where he is attending an East African community summit whose agenda is to deepen regional integration through infrastructure development and financing for health.Secretary General of the United Nations conference on trade and development, Dr.Mukhisa Kituyi challenged regional leaders to create an enabling business environment.
