The leader of majority in the national assembly Aden Duale 
has shut down the opposition’s plans to nominate Makueni 
Senator Mutula Kilonzo junior to the Parliamentary 
Service Commission.In a surprise move that was condemned 
by the opposition,Duale named Borabu ,Mp Ben Momanyi of 
Wiper party as a nominee to the commission when he tabled 
a list of five nominees to the commission.The Orange 
Democratic Movement top party organs meets today to 
decide on its two nominees to the commission after the 
speaker ruled that wiper was a parliamentary party and 
must be represented at the commission Patrick Amimo has
