Parliament has directed two cabinet secretaries to appear before two house committees on Monday next week after they failed to honour invitations.  The senate committee on information, communication and technology is accusing ICT cabinet secretary Joe Mucheru of approaching his official duties with a sense of impunity after he failed to appear before it to explain the recent shutdown of four private television stations.
