Suna East Mp and Minority Whip-Junet Mohammed says NASA's stand on CS vetting process

Meanwhile NASA members of parliament will stay away from parliament this afternoon as MPs are expected to adopt and debate the report on the vetting of cabinet secretary nominees. Yesterday, minority whip and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed said the opposition will not be party to jubilee affairs in parliament. Before the house went on recess last year in December, NASA did not nominate representatives to sit in the committee on appointments, which is chaired by national assembly speaker Justin Muturi. Minority leader Kohn Mbadi said the opposition could not nominate members to the crucial committee they did not recognize Uhuru Kenyatta as president.
