The ministry of lands and physical planning in collaboration with the council of governors is working plans to decongest major urban centers in the country. The ministry has prepared county planning guidelines to aid the counties in establishing effective planning units that will promote development across the counties. The guidelines will aid in establishing effective planning units, harmonize and standardize spatial planning.
