Chief Justice David Maraga has in the meantime dismissed a letter circulating on social media allegedly instructing judges to participate in the swearing in of Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka. Justice Maraga spoke on the sidelines of a conference in which he launched the national assembly's departmental committee on justice and legal affairs.
