Legislator Babu Owino who has been in the police cells for the last three days is now a free man. This follows negotiations between legislators and the police. He was released this afternoon after a visit by several NASA MPs and Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja. Speaking shortly after his release, the MPs condemned his arrest terming it unwarranted.
