The county government of Nairobi has formally filed an injunction in order to stop debtors from collecting bills acquired from previous administrations. The injunction was filed through lawyer Thomas Letangula and his team who say the bills have crippled service delivery as the little the county gets is rerouted towards servicing the debts.
