Water and Irrigation cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa was this afternoon kicked out of the Maragoli Cultural Festival by a hostile crowd. Police fired in the air to contain the crowd that was chanting anti-Wamalwa slogans forcing him to leave the Mbale Grounds in Vihiga.
