Mombasa County abides by the law and appoints disable persons in its staff

You probably did not know that the laws of Kenya require 5% of jobs in public and private sector reserved for persons with disability. But in the coastal county something special seems to be happening already. The county’s social and communication departments are both headed by persons with disability. Is this by choice or by coincidence? Francis Mtalakia reports from Mombasa.
