Deputy President William Ruto is now accusing Raila Odinga of plotting to stage a coup against the government. He was speaking at a jubilee campaign rally at Maji Mazuri grounds ni Mwiki, Kasarani constituency, other Jubilee leaders who spoke at the rally defended the IEBC from what they termed as undue pressure and attacks from NASA.
