KANU chairman Gideon Moi today sought to clarify the political differences between him and the deputy president william ruto, saying it is not about perosnality but about unfufilled promises made by the Jubilee government. Speaking at a fundraiser in aid of women groups in bartolimo in Baringo County, Gideon told Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchuma Murkomen to his face that a political leader serves the electorate and not the top leadership of the party.
