Weekend Prime: Nurses threaten to strike if the salaries in the health sector are not harmonised

3rd December, 2016

Nurses working in the public sector will go on strike on monday  december the 5th . Speaking today on their behalf the Kenya National Union of Nurses has given the government an ultimatum to sign the collective bargaining agreement before then. Nurses insist that without harmonized salaries in the health sector, they would not offer any services in public facilities.
