The auditor general Edward Ouko has raised concern over the drilling of boreholes and irregular distribution of water tanks by the Machakos county government. The auditor’s latest report accuses the county government of drilling many incomplete boreholes which have not benefited the community despite sinking millions of shillings in the project.
