So the auditor general in the last few days released a new report that highlights just what is ailing the counties with regards to spending. And here on KTN news we have been highlighting this report in our special coverage 47 days of accountability. Tonight we are focusing on Machakos County. The governor Alfred Mutua has been appearing before the public accounts and investment committee to answer queries of the year 2013-2014. But what I want to do now is highlight the issues the auditor general has raised for the year 2014-2015.
