It is emerging that the IEBC Commissioners led by chairman Isaack Hassan will have to stay a little longer in office than was earlier anticipated.  After the IEBC selection panel re-advertised the position of chairman, it is expected the fresh recruitment process will take over one month.  And as Chris Thairu reports, the earliest Kenyans can expect to have new IEBC commissioners will be mid january next year.
