Perhaps many parts of the country is currently experiencing heavy downpour following an extended dry spell…but that is not the case in Turkana where  hundreds of pastoralists in the county have been forced to migrate to the neighboring Uganda, south Sudan and Ethiopia as drought continues to ravage.
