The Kenya Women Finance Trust has emerged tops in the 2016 edition of the Deloitte best company to work for survey in the large corporate segment. DHL express Kenya emerged tops in the medium category. The survey now in its 5^th year was launched in July 2016,  and aims to identify and rate the best companies to work for based on their employees.the survey measured 10 parameters including leadership, operational inclusiveness, relationship with the manager or supervisor, development and job satisfaction among other criteria. Ranking second in the category with more than 500 emplyees were east african breweries followed by CIC insurance.
