CheckPoint: William Ruto accused CORD of frustrating ongoing electoral reforms at the IEBC

But even as opposition targeted his South Rift backyard, deputy president William Ruto concluded his four day tour of the coast by urging residents to abandon the opposition and join Jubilee which he says will win the 2017 general election. Ruto and other Jubilee leaders addressed a rally at Tononoka grounds Mombasa and tore into the record of their rivals. He accused CORD of frustrating ongoing electoral reforms at the IEBC.
