KTN Prime: Jubilee wants the budget of party nominations to be funded by Kenyan tax payers, 15/11/16

We begin with the big debate triggered in Kenya today by a rather unexpected turn of events inside the new jubilee party. The ruling Jubilee party would like the Kenyan taxpayers to finance the party’s nomination exercise to be undertaken by the electoral agency IEBC. And as Murimi Mwangi now reports, the jubilee party secretariat wants the budget of the party’s nominations factored in a supplementary budget, through parliament.
