Health cabinet secretary Cleopa Mailu and his principal secretary Nicholas Muraguri jointly appeared before a parliamentary committee to answer to queries on the alleged loss of billions at the ministry of health. The two who appeared before the national assembly’s health committee once again appeared to contradict each other raising more questions than answers.
