And staying with the woes of the Jubilee government, former Lands cabinet minister Charity Ngilu is accusing the jubilee administration of failing to fulfill its campaign pledges to provide better healthcare, food and water for all Kenyans. Ngilu who was kicked out of the cabinet in March last year has now vowed to campaign against the Jubilee government ahead of the 2017 polls.
