Weekend Prime: Gideon Moi says the government should not amend the energy bill on exploration of oil

Chairman of senate committee on energy Gideon Moi says that government is seeking to amend the energy bill that guides fair distribution of benefits accrued from exploration of oil resources. Moi says senate will not agree to this which he added goes against the wishes of majority of Kenyans. Moi who is also the baringo senator says the president should maintain the bill as it is presently constituted.
