Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has rubbished claims by CORD leader Raila Odinga over the construction of the Itare dam in Nakuru county which Raila claims will devastate the Mau water catchment area. Wamalwa who spoke to ktnnews turned the heat on Raila saying he was part of a team that obeyed the preliminary plans for the dam when he was prime minister.
