KTN Prime: Kenya Lotto Foundation sponsor this year's Baringo Half Marathon, 1/11/16c

Lotto foundation is the title sponsor of this year’s Baringo half Marathon. This announcement was made Tuesday as the organizers launched the 14th edition of the event. The organizers believe for the country to develop n sport they have to develop grassroots budding talents just like it’s done in developed countries. Mary Keitany, former London marathon winner who currently holds the second fastest marathon in the world was discovered in the Baringo half marathon. The lotto Baringo half marathon slated for Saturday, 5th November 2016, has attracted over 250 participants, both amateur and elite athletes. Track and field athlete and 2007 silver medalist Josephat Menjo is among key participants expected to lead a pack of elite runners at the meet.
