The lady at the center of the 800million shilling corruption scandal at the devolution ministry Josephine Kabura regaled the nation with descriptions of how she transported up to 50 million shillings at a go in her bag from a bank to a taxi in broad daylight. Kabura was appearing before the national assembly’s public accounts committee whose members kept stopping her to get clarifications on how she used the monies from the NYS.
