Weekend Prime: Johnson Muthama wants Kenyans to protest wanton looting under Jubilee administration

29th October, 2016

Deputy President William Ruto has accused CORD leader Raila Odinga of politicizing the five billion shillings scandal at the ministry of health.  According to Ruto, an internal audit report that unearthed the scandal should be treated as mere speculation until it is subjected to verification by relevant investigating agencies.  But the co-chairperson of CORD management committee senator Johnson Muthama wants Kenyans to go to the streets and protest the wanton looting under the Jubilee administration.  And as controversy rages, a cousin to president Uhuru Kenyatta, Kathleen Kihanya, says Sundales international Limited’s business transactions with the ministry of health were legitimate.
