A shocking 5.3 billion shilling scandal at the Kenyan Ministry of Health. The ministry and the ethics and anti-corruption commission have constituted special teams to unmask individuals and companies behind corruption scandal at Afya house.  The health cabinet secretary Cleopa Mailu says the outcome of the multi-agency investigations will result in punitive measures on individuals suspected to have embezzled the money. And as Patrick Amimo reports, the Kenya National Union of Nurses expressed fury at the scandal and called for the principal secretary for health, Dr. Nicholas Muraguri, to step aside with immediate effect.
