We begin with the latest in what might be the newest and the biggest graft scandal in the jubilee administration.  The ministry of health has admitted that an interim audit exposed what appeared to be the loss of at least 5 billion shillings in the ministry, but was quick to say that those who were being audited have not been given a chance to explain where the funds went. The cabinet secretary do Clep Mailu has said a final audit of financial reports is being done and the outcome will be made public. Mailu sent a statement to newsrooms as angry Kenyans turned to social media to castigate the Health principle secretary Dr. Nicholas Muraguri who was quoted in a local daily threatening a nation media group writer over the expose.   Our associate editor Noah Otieno now joins me to paint a picture of what all this is about.
