KTN Prime: Jambojet increases flight frequencies ahead of Xmas season, 25th October 2016

Low cost carrier Jambojet, has announced additional flights to all destinations across its network ahead of the festive season. key routes to receive additional flight services include Nairobi, Eldoret, Kisumu, Lamu, Malindi, Ukunda and Mombasa. The low cost service will increase its flights to Mombasa from 22 weekly to 31 flights a week, while the flights to Kisumu, Eldoret and Ukunda will have a total of 20 flights per week each. Flights to Malindi will increase to 16 from the current 13 weekly. Jambo jet’s chief executive officer Willem Hondius noted the airline was cognizant of the increased demand for flights during the festive season as people go on holiday or travel back home. air travel demand has been on the rise as more Kenyans join the middle class bracket where disposable incomes have seen many opt for convenience while traveling
