High court judge Isaac Lenaola has been nominated by the Judicial Service Commission for the post of supreme court judge to replace retired justice Philip Tunoi. And at parliament , lady justice Philomela Mwilu appeared before the justice and legal affairs committee for vetting following her nomination by JSC as deputy chief justice, in a session that saw her face off with Kandara lawmaker Alice Wahome again who had petitioned the committee over her previous conduct.
