Cameroon secured a 1-0 win over Harambee starlets in a friendly match played at the Kasarani stadium. Christine Manie converted a second half penalty to earn the visitors a win. Starlets were using the match in their build up to taking part in this year’s edition of the Africa women’s cup of nations.
