Tonight the perpetrators of the Mandera terror attack are still at large, as families completed the identification of the bodies at the Chiromo mortuary here in Nairobi. It has now emerged that at least one of the victims of the attack hailed from the same nyeri village that lost 18 quarry workers in Mandera two years ago.
