Olympic 3000m steeplechase champion Conceslus Kipruto will be among the star attraction in this year’s Ndalat Gaa cross country which will be held on 15th of October in Nandi county. Founded by former AK president, the race will from next year have its name changed to Isaiah Kiplagat road race with an aim of raising funds for cancer patients. The eighth edition is expected to attract more than 5000 participants including elite athletes. Over the years, Ndalat Gaa cross country has given athletes a platform to launch their career. The event will feature 8 different categories with the winner of the senior race walking away with 40,000 shillings. The top 20 athletes will also be awarded.
