Every year the world marks world contraceptive day on 26^th of September. A day that aims to enable young people make informed choices on their sexual and reproductive health. In Kitui County we met women who are encouraged to take up postpartum family planning 48 hours after child birth in order to reduce unwanted pregnancies.
