4 people died and four others were injured after the driver of a Rongai bound matatu lost control of the vehicle which overturned along Lang’ata road near the Lang’ata police station. Now details are emerging which point to both lack of enforcement and adherence to traffic rules. The matatu had last week been detained for flouting traffic rules and was being driven by an unlicensed driver.
