Political scientist Prof. Mutahi Ngunyi now says that by last evening he had wired back the sh12.5 million paid to his company by the National Youth Service. Ngunyi who appeared before the public accounts committee accused some individuals within the ministry of devolution and that of interior of ganging up to taint the name of his company.
