ODM defectors face expulsion and could see them going for by-elections, KTN Prime 9/20/2016

20th September, 2016

The Orange Democratic Movement party, ODM has taken the first step to punish its renegade members who apparently defected to Jubilee. The party’s disciplinary committee has written to its 13 elected members who have publicly declared their defection to Jubilee party, demanding they show cause why they should not be deregistered from the party within the next seven days. The targeted defectors have mostly gone silent today, playing their cards close to their chests as political parties plan a response to the Jubilee merger which took place two weeks ago.
