The much touted cross party deal on electoral reforms appears headed for turbulent times ahead after one of the co-chairs Senator James Orengo accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of undermining its implementation. The Siaya senator is pointing an accusing finger at the president for allegedly delaying signing two elections’ laws that had strict timelines.
