Two years after a promise by Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame to visit Rwanda, 11 year old talented Kenyan acrobat Wendy Waeni has finally met Rwandan president Paul Kagame. Wendy made the long awaited journey that saw her receive VIP treatment and an exclusive one on one chat with the president at statehouse.
