KTN Prime 13th September 2016: Kenneth Muguna of Western stima scoops 'player of August month' award

Western Stima’s Kenneth Mugambi Muguna's prowess in the midfield has earned him the sports journalists association player of the month award. The former Palos Fc  midfielder has helped Western Stima climb up to a decent fourth position on the KPL log. His artistry in midfield earned him national team call up and propelled his side to previously uncharted areas over the nine years in top flight.  Muguna scored twice for Stima in the month of august against Ushuru and neighbours Muhoroni youth in addition to immense contribution in other matches, emerging the best out of four shortlisted players. Muguna garnered 21 points to edge the free scoring tusker forward Wanga and Sunday Mutuku who was third on 13 points
